Parkland Community College Center for Academic Success

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new administrative building at the Parkland Community College campus. The 113,000 sq. ft., 3-story building functions as the “identifiable front door” to the campus. The steel framed structure includes a basement, a large atrium in the heart of the building to maximize daylight within the space, and two pedestrian bridges to connect it to existing campus buildings. The building features administration offices, student services spaces, and a dining hall.
