Wheeling Town Center - Residential Building

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new suburban apartment building at the Wheeling Town Center, a new mixed-use development. The 370,000 sq. ft., 5-story, 301 unit apartment building wraps around a 200,000 sq. ft., 6-story, 595 car parking garage. The partial 1-story steel framed podium structure is integrated within the cold formed steel framing bearing wall structure for the apartment building. The parking garage is an all precast concrete structure. The building features amenities, balconies, canopies, rooftop solar panel installation, and a central outdoor courtyard with a pool.
