TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new luxury apartment tower in the Gold Coast neighborhood. The 467,000 sq. ft., 32-story, 373 unit tower includes a 4-story, 160 car parking garage at its base. The post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete structure includes long-span girders for the garage. The tower features a large roof terrace, rooftop pool deck, and amenity spaces. The façade includes precast panels and glass curtain wall.
