Yorktown Apartments - Parking Garage

Lombard, IL

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new parking garage. The 120,000 sq. ft., 5-level building accommodates 318 cars at the Yorktown Apartments. The precast concrete structure includes a partial basement with a rooftop clubhouse and swimming pool. The precast façade includes brick inset and numerous canopies and sunshades.
