TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new mixed-use development located in the heart of the downtown area. The 500,000 sq. ft building includes a 22-story apartment tower; a 7-story apartment and retail wing, and a 4-story parking garage with below-grade parking. The post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete structure at the apartment and parking portions interface with the steel framed structure at the retail portions. The building features balconies and a landscaped exterior terrace over the parking garage.
