Thrive Academy

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new student housing building. The 40,000 sq. ft., 3-story building provided 82 double-occupancy rooms to house students for the preparatory boarding school Thrive Academy. The conventional wood framed structure includes a link between the building’s two wings. The building features separate living spaces, full kitchens, and common spaces for the students.
