The Ronsley

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the conversion of and addition to the existing building into luxury condominiums near the riverfront in the River North neighborhood. The total 130,000 sq. ft. building included the existing building, a 3-story vertical addition on top of it, and a 6-story horizontal addition adjacent to it. New steel framed structures were integrated with the existing timber framed structure. Renovations included extensive structural modifications and reinforcement along with structural repairs throughout.
