Rogers Park, Montessori School

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the horizontal addition to the existing school in the Andersonville neighborhood. The 13,000 sq. ft., 2-story addition greatly expanded the school which accommodates about 400 students from ages 2 to 14. The steel framed structure creates a covered parking and drop-off area. The addition features classrooms and a large exterior rooftop play area with a steel framed canopy.
