Reside on Green Street

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new apartment building (formerly Kenect) in the Fulton River District neighborhood. The 275,000 sq. ft., 227 unit building consists of a 14-story West Building and a 4-story East Building. The post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete structure incorporated numerous transfer girders and parking ramp structures at the West Building. A 1-story steel framed podium structure supports a 3-story wood bearing wall structure above at the East Building. The building includes retail space, parking, rooftop pool deck, and a roof terrace. The façade features glass curtain wall.
