The Private Bank Fire Pitch Soccer Center

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the Chicago Fire’s new soccer center (currently Endeavor Health Fire Pitch) in the North Center neighborhood. The center includes a 15,000 sq. ft., 1-story building, and a 100,000 sq. ft. seasonally inflated dome structure that is 230 ft. wide by 440 ft. long. The steel framed building structure connects to the pre-manufactured air-supported dome structure that is supported by a grade beam and steel pile foundation. The dome accommodates two regulation size soccer fields for year-round use for youth and adult players at all skill levels. The building includes locker rooms, a fitness and training center, a restaurant, and event space.
