TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new luxury apartment building in the downtown area. The 340,000 sq. ft., 6-story, 109 unit building includes a 2-story basement parking garage. The post-tensioned and reinforced cast-in-place concrete structure incorporated numerous girders for floor elevation transitions. The building features retail and office spaces, indoor basketball/pickleball court, and fitness center. It also includes a large courtyard, roof terraces, and an indoor pool and spa room. The façade includes full height glass curtain wall with planter boxes throughout.
