NEXT Residential High Rise

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new luxury apartment tower in the River North neighborhood. The 415,000 sq. ft., 29-story, 310 unit tower includes a parking garage at its base. The post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete structure features a large cantilevered roof overhang. The tower features an amenity floor with an exterior pool and deck area. The exterior includes concrete balconies, glass curtain wall, and exposed concrete.
