Mayfair Collection – Phase II

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the conversion of an existing warehouse and two new buildings for the Mayfair Collection – Phase II retail center. The total 240,000 sq. ft. development included an existing 1-story warehouse converted into a Whole Foods grocery store with other retail space, a new 1-story restaurant; and a new 3-story parking garage. The existing steel framed structure was modified to accept a new façade. The new restaurant has a steel framed structure and the parking garage has a precast concrete structure. The development features stand-alone wood pavilion trellises.
