Eurostars magnificent Mile

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new hotel (originally Dana Hotel and Spa) in the trendy River North neighborhood. The 140,000 sq. ft., 27-story, 216 guestroom building includes a basement. The slender reinforced cast-in-place concrete structure includes cantilevered balconies and an open atrium. The hotel features a rooftop bar and exterior terrace, full service spa, conference center, and restaurant.
