Linkt Apartments Chicago

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new apartment building in the West Town neighborhood. The 54,000 sq. ft., 5-story, 47 unit building provides retail and parking at the Ground Floor. The 1-story steel framed podium structure supports a cold formed steel framing bearing wall structure above. The building features a roof deck and green roof along with the distinct sawtooth pattern building façade, created with cantilevering the structure over the sidewalk.
