TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new apartment building on the Lathrop Homes residential campus in the Lakeview neighborhood. The 70,000 sq. ft., 6-story, 59 unit building includes a mix of affordable and market-rate housing. The post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete structure includes ground floor parking inside the building and a double-height loading dock. The building features multiple green roofs with a brick façade.
