Howard Brown Health Halsted Center

TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new medical building in the Lakeview neighborhood. The 100,000 sq. ft., 5-story building houses dental exam suites, medical offices, and pharmacy for Howard Brown Health and includes a 1-story basement parking garage. The post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete structure includes a steel framed rooftop screenwall structure. The building features a rooftop terrace, green roof, stormwater detention tank structure, and a featured stair.
