TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new urban apartment building in the heart of the downtown area as a redevelopment project at Harrison College. The 215,000 sq. ft., 5-story, 175 unit building includes an adjacent 2-story, 176 car parking garage. The wood framed structure includes a partial 1-story steel and wood framed podium structure, and a firewall that separates the building into two independent structures. The parking garage is an all precast structure. The building features a larger interior courtyard, indoor amenities, and a fitness center.
